Furniture disappearing from house.

Last night 10/31 (sometime between 7pm CST and 8pm CST), 43 items making up a large custom structure, went missing from my Psijic Villa house. These items were all recently placed within the last 2-3 hours of their disappearance. (And I have a saved list pulled from EHT addon proving the items were placed). These items included home goods purchased components and some crown store bought items as well.
-These items are not in my "Retrieve" tab in the housing editor. The housing tab no longer reflects these 43 items in the overall item count. (Meaning they were not moved to a different part of the house)
-These items were not placed in my inventory on any character.
-These items were not placed in my bank or storage chest.
-These items have not magically appeared in a different house of mine.
-They are simply gone, as if their existence were mysteriously erased.
I've yet to receive any response from my ticket submission on the matter. I know there are many housing bugs going on right now but has anyone else been mysteriously losing items to the void? Has anyone gotten any response from ZOS if so?
I'm terrified to attempt to decorate and risk losing even more items (possibly of even high value then what has already been lost, both gold and crown wise).

I was in the house decorating. I ported out using the locations pin from my map to Alinor in Summerset to purchase more items. I ported back to my Villa via the housing tab and the items had disappeared in that few minute interval. I did not log out or switch characters during this time.

Tesari✭✭✭I have an update.
I've been able to recreate the problem. However with different circumstance then originally. But still, recreated the disappearance of furniture from existence.
Tonight, just about 30 minutes ago, I was decorating in the same Psijic Villa. I was running my windows game bar and recording so I have this on video for ZOS. (Its a 4 hour long video, so i'll have to do some work to wittle it down to the event. I wanted to be sure I recorded anything strange so it's been running continuously and still is)
I was decorating out in the watery area and I ventured too far out and died from slaughterfish.
I respawned in the house and ran back and my items placed in the current login session disappeared. They were gone in the same fashion as before.
This time I was not so naive though. I was saving my layout every minute in EHT (Essential Housing Tools). So I was able to load recent saved layout and all my items lost (disappeared from the house and house item count/inventory/etc) in the last session (NOT the items lost a couple days ago though) were restored to my house. Though, not where i'd originally placed them for some reason, but the important part is they were back.
I haven't the slightest clue what coding is going on in the background to cause this random loss of items due to random (or perhaps specific) events?0 -
flycasualSoul ShrivenI have had the exact same problem, though not as many items have been lost for me as you lost. Also in the Psijic Villa, the first time was a levitating bed as well as a small handful of surrounding items. The same exact situation as you. I placed the items, left to buy more, and when I came back they were gone. Nothing in the inventory, bank, retrieval menu. Nothing at all. I did contact ZOS and they got back to me telling me if I didn't purchase it from the crown store I was out of luck and they couldn't replace it. It's happened at least once that I've NOTICED since then, same house. Whatever bug is causing this I wish they'd fix it because it's costing me gold every time I have to replace an item that gets eaten.0
