Need in-game guild search feature

One would think that with the emphasis on guilding in ESO there would be a feature on the guild page where players could look at listing of available guilds.
A proper one would give the guild leader the option to link their description page and state whether recruiting is open or not. Listings could be broken down by guild type, alliance affiliation, cross alliance, etc.
Players would then only need to search the list to find one that fits their needs and leaders would not be forced to spam chat to recruit.
