As the heading says really. I have several accounts and various stages of the daily login rewards, and I can't seem to collect today's reward on any of them. Just wondering if this is a "known issue" or what?

Geekgirl✭✭✭Not certain if there's a proper fix, but I had the same issue and what I did was simply swap to the crown store and then back to the calendar where the accept button showed up (it wasn't there on the initial screen) and I was able to click it.

Svealyn✭I just had the same problem. I am playing on th PC, but with a controller. I only saw the announcement how much time was left until the start of the next month, but not the rewards for the current month. There was no option to claim a reward while using the controller interface.
When I switched to the standard keyboard interface, I still did not see the current reward list. But there was the option shown to claim todays (invisible) reward with the standard keyboard setting "E", which worked.
So switching the interface might be working for otherrs too.3 -

Yup, defo a bug. I switched away from controller too and was able to pick up the reward by pressing 'E' even though no reward was on display.

tactx✭✭✭✭✭(ON PC) My wife figured out a way to get it... She said to click the notifications check mark beside claim reward, then hover over the icon on the top right and press E. I did it and it worked. She's the smart one in the family...

Yeah same here - having switched between Crown Store and the daily reward screen, I now have a notification saying I have a reward to claim, but the dialogue in the reward screen just says a new months starts in XXX.
Oh well, at least I'm not alone ;-)0 -

✭✭✭It may or may not be related since it does have to do with logins, but i get various error popups 3 or 4 times immediately when i attempt to login. With enough tries it lets me to character screen. This started yesterday for me and all my login rewards have been completed for a couple of days.

✭✭Yeah. ran into that same issue last night. There was another thread about the workaround people found for PC. Incidentally, this was only a bug on PC, as I was able to claim my rewards as normal on XB.0 -
