I logged a ticket for 'error 200 not being able to log in' 24 hours ago. Apart from the automated acceptance I have had no further reply. Some how after many hours of not being able to log on, I managed to make it to the log in screen only to have a request for a code to verify a "new computer.' On applying this code I was greeted with another message.....you have been placed in a que and a resulting endless load screen.

I dare not send another ticket ....I mean they haven't responded to the first one yet.

So prior to this I was suffering through the Oceanic ping debacle and of course pvp has the performance/ litany of unfixed bugs and my friend's report cloud rest and HOF have texture issues and are unplayable. The game has reached new heights of unplayability. Oh I suppose I could decorate my house and quest if I could log on

    If you log into the support page you can see all your open tickets and add additional replies. Do that and "bump" the old ticket with the new information.
