I keep getting loading profile error and I’ve rebooted my PS4 and I definitely have an internet connection.

Yep I'm having the same exact problem too, here we go again glad I'm never paying for eso plus ever again or I'd be furious at these types of interruptions in service.ESO Motto: "It's Nerf or Nothing B1tches"
