Loading Profile Failed - why?

I am trying to log in to play on PS4 NA and I keep getting "loading profile failed - you do not currently have network connectivity" which I definitely do and my PS4 knows it because I ran a connectivity test which passed. Why am I getting this and how do I fix it?
