Using lenovo laptop and this card for example: GeForce MX150 DDR5

Can i play eso with it?

It should run, but there is probability that you wont get smooth frames. I play on GTX 860M laptop card and while it can run 60 FPS most of the time on highiest settings, crowded towns and trials are choppy AF. ESO optimisation is quite bad. And MX150 is slightly less powerful than mine while having better battery life.

Yes, as long as it supports Direct X 11.

I've got a 1060 in my laptop though and it runs smooth as buttah

Yes. I have a GTX1050 in my laptop - nothing special - and it runs just fine.

I run on Intel's igp hd620. 1366x768, grass on, textures medium, subsampling high, everything else off including shadows sadly. Average of 30 fps. Playable enough except for trials and dolmen craze. At least I run the game

In time, I run 8+4gb of ram, meaning for the most part, this makes it a dual channel configuration and it improves frames by 15-20% in average. This is only true for igps, in your case, it shouldn't affect and your game will definitely run fine with mx150. Ideally you would want a 1050 at least but hey... Whatever runs the game!
