Main Quest bugged - messages across Tamriel

Really need a fix please do something. I want to get veteran lvls 0 -
He's supposed to be in the Harborage. The quest itself doesn't have an objective or map marker, but he is there. Uh..Spoiler? He's the prophet. Go talk to him.0

saoxi✭Calcipher, that main story quest you are referring to is NOT the lvl 50 one that lets you get to veteran ranks. I am having the same issue, Vanus doesnt appear. cannot continue0

No, I AM at the level 50 one. But Vanus is at the Harborage (Or should be). Best of luck though.0

saoxi✭lol no wrong. Vanus is from the mages guild. Varen Aquilarios is the prophet...lvl 50 quest should be to talk to Vanus Galerion in your "Capitol City" which is not the Harborage. you may be 50, and just on a really low part of the main quest line0

saoxi✭ok so i have an update for this. yes the quest may be broken, but you can just go to Coldharbour and do the mage and fighter guilds questline and skip the main story line initial quest. so just go to coldharbour, then you will start the main quest line after the 2 lengthy mages/fighters guild quests. you will go fight Molag Bal and then you will be able to continue onto Veteran content. hope this helps, just ignore the broken Messages Across Tamriel and find the quests in coldharbour0

Kravz✭✭it helps, i got to coldharbor. it was a bit confusing without a questline.
i still have to finish the questline to find veteran content but ill find the quest army of meridia eventually...0 -

Solution
1. if u find Vanus Galerion but cant talk to him. Change ur Language! try it, Change it back try it. This should work.
2. if Vanus Galerion didnt spawn. Group with someone how could travel to Coldharbour, than port to him. Than make Quests, there u will get a normal Quests!!! But this isnt a normal quest, its the mainquest witch u would get if u had talk to Vanus Galerion. Finish this Quest, and u will play through the story! So u will Skip this bugged *** quest. hope it help.

✭✭✭This is why I didnt rush to the level cap. They always fix the lowbie stuff first since most are at that point and leave the high level stuff for later.1 -

I have played no more than 3 hours a night (after class) and no more than 10 hours over the weekends...There was no rushing.

You may wish to try abandoning the quest and reaccepting it, as well as logging off and back on.
If you cannot abandon the quest, it is likely considered a main story quest. We are currently working to fix this issue. In the meantime, you can progress to the next chapter of the storyline by moving ahead to the next area.
It is our hope that you will be able to return and complete the affected quest shortly.

I have been on this quest for about 3-4 days now. I had just started it and it tells me to talk to Vanus Galerion. Well I found him and go up to him in Ebonheart in Stonefalls and I can't interact with him at all. I have /reloadui, /camp and waited 15 mins, did more quests and came back to it and still nothing. I've completely exited the game and everything still nothing. I contacted costumer support twice and they only answered me once telling me to do everything I have already done. I replied and no response.
I can't reach Coldharbour without completing this quest and I can't progress through the main story line. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP.
Otherwise I'm just sitting there in front of the guy wasting my money and time.
