In Cyro you're in combat 24/7, so you're not longer able to slot and use speedbuff between riding to keeps. If you're lucky enough to be out of combat and slot it, you enter combat if one of your group mates is already fighting 100m away, so you can't unslot it
There has always been a degree we could not change skills in combat, We needed to avoid taking damage, maybe go to other side of area, then change the skill
Zos just made it harder. It is unfortunate they took the steps they made even though they choose to not fix the in combat bug that has plagued this game to varying degrees since beta. It is in the upswing now. I sat out of combat, and out of view of combat for over 2 minutes in PvP today before combat dropped. I did not even see any around me when I went into combat. It is really laughable.
@ZOS_GinaBruno I think it is clear that Zos needs to fix the in combat bug when making such changes. It is rather logical.
Let us swap skills once we, personally, have not done damage or taken damage for a few seconds like it used to be. It makes ZERO sense that we get locked out because a someone else miles away is fighting.
Not to mention it’s an extreme inconvenience
