For those of you who don't look at videos posted on the forum, let me explain.
I died. A load screen came up. When I went to re-engage, it was like I was invisible...partly. I couldn't attack players, they couldn't even see me unless I heavy attacked or used jabs, but I assume it was a brief glimpse, because they do react. Still, can't do anything except use potions.
Finally get a warning that I'll be kicked if I stay inactive. I do, in fact get kicked..now I have a deserter penalty.
What is happening to my beloved ESO.

Definitely strange. The only thing I was able to do was use a potion.

✭✭This can also be caused by reloading your UI while in a BG. I'm guessing the BG instance doesn't like any sort of "phasing" going on with players, ie reloading the UI or being thrown into a load screen.2 -

✭✭It's a video game, of course it has bugs. In guild wars 2 world versus world you could glitch under the terrain and if you were a necromancer just kill people with wells. One in a million game glitches across time and space.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭Sounds to me like they fixed the invisible enemies that actually can fight and pick up flags by making them unable to interact rather than fixing players turning invisible in the first place

I've had that happen too. Not from a NB or instant death...usually I see that if I die with Haunting Curse still on me without it going off. When I re-spawn after death, it'll go off, so I start with a good chunk of my health missing...Edited by Kel on October 29, 2018 10:32AM1 -

Didn't reload my UI though.
I died, hit release, timer counted down, went into a load screen, then the video happened.0
