Have had it happen on several placed in Murkmire that I hear npcs talking to eachother as if they're right next to me while they aren't. Both indoors and outdoors. Please tell me I'm not going crazy!

I wrote a bug report on this shortly after launch. It isn't just in Murkmire, but some NPCs seem to have the "distance to player" mixed up. It took me a while to figure out what it was. It sounded like they were following me, but there was no one there.
