Are we getting an extension on the Witches Festival because all of this maintenance? Seriously, how many times have the servers come down during the event?!

Nothing has been said to my knowledge. So at this point I wouldn't expect an extension, even though the games been up and down for patches I don't think it's been down enough for them to be willing to extend the event.

Although I wouldn't complain if they did.

Not any more than they do regularly, to my knowledge. I've been playing almost every day and I don't remember any downtime besides just the classic monday maintenance every week.

You've been lucky with your play times. It's been down several times in the last week for "emergency" maintenance.

Lost a whole evening last week due to unscheduled maintenance

I have an impression that you choose to play a devil's advocate rather than an ambasador of the community :). You would be a great politician ;).

Agreed. Too many hotfixes being fixed... again. Surplus downtime since the "patch" is over abundant but it does give a mob time to get angry enough to sharpen torches and light the pitchforks. Wrath can be tempered with free candy though, tis the season. So, trick or treat?

2018: ZoS rewrites the calendar in an effort to nullify their incompetence.

ZST has 14 months in the year to accomodate server maintenance, but you're only billed for 16.

It was down an entire evening for me last week. Got home from work, downloaded the patch, bam! Couldnt play all night.

Lucikly, I was still able to get enough event tickets, but some other people may habe not been so luckly.

I've been called a politician before, I think I was once the "Prime Minister of Zerging" and messed about in a PvP thread by trying to speak as they do in the UK House of Commons.
Although I wasn't even playing devil's advocate in this one, I simply stated my opinion based on past experience, even said I'd like it myself if they did extend it.
