New pets change

Player pets will now take 85% less damage from all Area of Effect and Damage over Time attacks. They will continue to take 100% less damage from all attacks in group dungeons, trials, and arenas.
I don't know if this is only bad wording. Does this mean that pets are now practically unkillable if I am a DW/Bow spec or any other spec that uses Flurry as main spammable?

✭✭✭✭✭The first part was something pets had before Update 20, it got removed by accident which has been causing pets to die too quickly. The second part fixes an issue where pets were still dying while in group content like Dungeons and Trials when they shouldn't take any damage at all.1 -

Pets will take 85% less damage from AOE and DoTs in solo content.
Pets are 100% invincible in group content.
However, there is currently a bug where pets don't have any resistances applied so they die instantly in solo content. It's being fixed with the next incremental patch..

Matriarch comes very handy with all the oblivion damage going on now. You can create nice opportunity window by killing the matriarch.Edited by Olupajmibanan on October 29, 2018 11:28AM0
