Game Keeps crashing in Cryodil

I can't activate the terminus things, I can't chat with anyone, I can't leave the castle, or literally do anything for about 3 minutes and then the crash report shows up.

This happened to me today when I was in the middle of a dungeon in Cyrodil. The game crashed and when I logged back in I was falling.
Also, i've been crashing alot. 10+ times just today.
I'm running a GTX 770 + 16 GB RAM on an i7 OC @ 4.2GHz. Lol
