considering the state of co-operation in pvp, go for it, you can try. and if by some miracle you get everyone to log out vs pop locked factions to save your scrolls, enjoy owning no keeps with no population to push back.Uh, there's other countries out there mate, and we think we're lucky to see 1 bar of pop sometimes.
