The player base voice is NOT being heard (class reps) and some WON'T "adapt"

    Question.

    Class Reps work for free?

As far as I know. I'm not sure you could pay me to mediate between ZOS and the community.

I would end up flipping out on them, reps must have the patients of a saint........

as it is it takes mods and Turelus to keep me in check
    I does what I can.

The reps have a damn tough job though, the abuse they received during this development cycle was appalling.
It's also not their fault as they don't make the choices ZOS put forward, yet are now on the front line to receive abuse for it.

I think sometimes people need to take a step back and remember that no matter how much we disagree with one another and argue with one another that behind every name and title, be that community member, reps or ZOS staff there is a real person who has to deal with that abuse.

I can say for me personally there have been times where I've walked away from the PC feeling pretty horrible because of the remarks made towards me. It took me some time to gain the confidence to either shrug it off or report people (for serious abuse) because none of us have to put up with that kind of environment.

Well digger, no-one is forcing anyone onto the front line.

I see from the new job ads that (insert correct company name here) uses Agile development methodology.

That means that somewhere, there is a Product Owner that agrees with the Minimum Viable Products (MVP) to be delivered during the next sprint cycle. This also means that said Product Owner gets detailed information about each psrint task to be developed, in order to make informed choices about what MVPs will be delivered.

Perhaps you should suggest that the Product Owner comes to the forum to receive whatever 'feedback' that they deserve.

In any event, the nerfs are one issue; the continuing bugs are a separate one.

Agile development doesn't do away with Quality Assurance, the Product Owner agrees to implement untested and/or faulty products.

I hope that you have a pleasant day. Remember the old ZOS moto: you don't have to be here.

In my software company, when we deliver a MVP, we make sure "M" means: "minimum, but not so minimum that we lose many customers". After all, "minimum" could be a SSH terminal where we type command like 1990 M.U.D.s".

If I look at what happened to my 5 guilds since first Nerfmire PTS I see:

    - hard core hard mode trials guild 1: gone. Officially declared inactive.
    - craglorn hm trials (starting hmVMoL) guild 2: about 1/3 of players quit in 1 day and more in the next PTSs. Since then, no trial has been run.
    - craglorn hm trials (vAS+1, vCR+1) guild 3: we are back to doing vHRC now, the 3 trials a week now are 1.
    - trading guild 1: used to be 230th trader, now I am 50th
    - trading guild 2: used to be one of the last, now I am 200-150-ish.

So... yeah. They really went hard with the "MVP" delivery this time.
