Suggestion for Warden class CC

putting the Warden class CC onto Arctic Blast was an atrocious change. At least no one disagreed, in that thread, so far

My suggestion is a variation on the "change Swarm" idea from another thread: Change Fletcher Infection to become a Fear skill. In contrast to NB Fear, though, make it targeted, and single target only, with a range of 15m and no damage at all. The bees will fear the target and go away when they break free. The range should probably be a bit longer than Fossilize and Mass Hysteria, since this would lack any secondary utility. Cost needs to be more in line with those abilities.
I realise there is a risk of buffing stamdens with this, when it's mainly magdens that are regarded as underperforming in PvP, but then every other class has a magicka class CC. Thoughts? Agree? Disagree?

✭✭✭Of course that flies in the face of ZOS' idea of buffing magden via Swarm. Was that meant to be a PvE buff, though? They can still buff Growing Swarm or whatever variant PvEers prefer (I think the idea of Growing Swarm is cool). An unblockable, unreflectable Fear would be quite a buff for magden in PvP. Not everyone wants to use destro / Flame Reach / Clench, which is basically what you're forced into.0 -
