enemy rarity?

Are there like in Wow rare/elite/boss types running around? if yes how can we tell them apart?
In WoW was rare or elite silver and boss/raid gold/orange so?

    Look at the enemy health bar. If the enemy is elite, it will have a special border with either 1, 2 or 3 gems, depending on level of difficulty. At the same level as you, 2-3 gems means that you'll need a group to kill them (although 2 can be soloed by a very competent player).

    They will also have a unique name. These mobs tend to be found at key points in quests, at the end of a solo mini-dungeon, or on the world map. The world map versions will have a skull and crossbones as the map marker.

    Not always true. Low-level elites don't have unique names, and some unique world bosses don't have a marker on the map.
