I've been seeing more and more of these types of bugs lately.

✭✭Jokes aside, report those when you find them. Include a screenshot and your coordinates if you can. I've reported a couple of nodes I found underground or in a rock or whatever, to find that they're promptly fixed... like 9 months later. BUT, they did acknowledge my report, and the ones I reported were eventually fixed.
Except that chest in Fungal Grotto...
