Corwn Crates and Gems

I opened my free crown crates and got all this crap.

Why i can't turn them into gems or send them to someone as a gift @ZOS_GinaBruno ? I would gladly give them to the first mofo i saw in Craglorn.

The conditions were established back in 2016.

"Whenever you purchase a Crown Crate, you will always be awarded four items, with the chance to get a fifth item. In the event you receive a mount, pet, costume or personality that you already own from your Crown Crate, you'll be awarded a new resource - Crown Gems - in its place. You will also have the option to convert several items obtained from Crown Crates to Crown Gems any time you want. Items that can be manually converted include potions, poisons, riding lessons, experience scrolls, and other utility-type items. Any Crown Gems you earn can then be used to purchase the collectible items of your choosing from the current Crown Crate season."

Depends. I grew up in Vegas. I actually did grow up there (we moved there in August 1959) - and I KNOW who builds the casinos. It AIN'T ME. I don't gamble. I do kind of wish I could buy some tickets when the lottery gets as big as it was yesterday - but you don't have that option in Utah, so *shrug*. Nice for the guy who won the big one though!

I've never bought a crown crate.

I've gotten 583 gems so far, which was enough to buy me a horse I really like.

Two of my characters are wearing some kind of fancy Centurion Armor costume (one each with the helmet on and off) which I think came in a crown crate.

I imagine that the circlet one of my characters wears along with her Chef costume came in a crown crate.

I have a crown crate pet out now that I don't much like.

I think that's all the use I'm currently making of crown crate stuff.

Oh to trade in all the apex and legendary mounts I've gotten from free crates...

Or, you know, even better...just make the gamble boxes go away entirely and actually see the crown shop FILLED with items I might actually want... like all the flippin' costumes and hairstyles they keep holding back.

None of which makes me want to BUY a gamble box.
