I just brought a month membership of ESO plus on my PC account under the name [ AlusuReign ] to my surprise i got double charged and it purchased it twice without me knowing until i just opened and saw a 59 day membership, instead of £8.99 i got charged £19 and what to submit a support ticket to try get this issue resolved.
But as always its never that smooth, the support site isn't registering the fact i am clicking login even though it is the correct login details and honestly just want to punch a hole in the wall, this isn't an uncommon problem either I've seen it across forums with no resolution what is the point of having a support site if it does not even work. Within 14 days i will need to figure out if i can even refund one month of membership between me not being home etc.
Also what kind of payment method doesn't actually symbolise a payment being made, its not hard "Payment as been made" is literally all it needs. You press continue to checkout and pay, insert payment details, click okay and it just disappears with no confirmation of payment being sent on the site, why only notify by email, an email that doesn't come through straight away at that. this is a separate issue but still stands. Full tilt this service is actually trash, dont know weather to just give up and accept the fact they probably dont care, good times. At least i got ESO plus now tho that i dont even feel happy about anymore looool
