Each of the 7 boss types (dolmen, delve, public dungeon/quest, dinnertime, trial, arena, world) will drop 1 dremora plunder skull per 20 hours; functionally 1 per day. When you first kill a WB, you get 1 and then you can go back and try for the another drop in 20 hours. However you can go kill a dolmen instead and get another dremora plunder skull as it's in a separate 20 timer. Etcetc per boss type. Between the 7 bosses you can get the full dremora motif by the end of the event.
The confusion is that if you attack that same WB before the 20 hour timer on the dremora plunder skull ticks over, you get a normal (Halloween) plunder skull instead. The dremora plunder skull drops 1 per day per boss type.
For extra added confusion, the event ticket will drop 1 per day per account on whichever dremora plunder skull you earn first that "day" and is also on a 20 hour timer.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭20 hours after the last event ticket you get will be when you can get another event ticket from the next dremora skull.
We have 8 different timers going on in this event . Really poor design.

First Dremora skull didn't drop a ticket for me, yesterday it was in my 5th skull.0
