CC for NB tank? (pve)

Ok, might be a silly question but meh, whatever...gotta ask. Trying to run a NB tank and one thing I have noticed is the lack of cc. Is there a decent one (caltrops is one?) out there that could be or is used? Have looked at the trapping webs and some other one...Fire Rune I think, but just don't know how they fair for a cc. Or.....are NB tanks not supposed to worry about that sort of thing?

    I think Time Stop is your best option.

    Caltrops and trapping web could be decent, but yeah, I recommend time stop, blockade of frost, or volcanic rune.

    Time Stop is channelled though? Maybe not that good? But the others you listed seem like winners as well but let me ask...do NB tanks even bother? All the builds I found none of them have any cc so maybe its not a thing?

    Bombard in the bow line is a great cc. Try it out.

    And time freeze has no channel time.

    Yeah, sorry, whatever the one is w/o cast time. Should’ve double checked before posting :sweat_smile: and yeah, bombard is another good one. They all have their pros/cons as I see it:
    Time freeze, volcanic rune: hard cc (so mobs can wander off after effect ends)
    Blockade of frost: snare, chance to immobilize, chance to apply maim, procs enchants
    Bombard: snare, guaranteed immobilize, procs enchants
    Caltrops, trapping webs: snare

    Just saw Bloodletter vid and he listed all of those...thanks!! I guess it is a thing, cool. ;)

    It’s actually amazing in PvP. Which is where my NB tank stays. They have a 12 person stun( largest in the game) and he did not specifically say pve
