Is there a limit to how many outfit slot upgrades I can buy for the sale price?

I'm about to buy crowns for these but I don't want to go overboard on crowns if you can only buy a few slots. Ideally, I'd like to buy 12 slots. If anyone is aware, please let me know if there is a hard limit in place here :o

Buy as many as you want till you hit the charater limit its eithrt 10 or 12 slots you can have I think. All at sale price.

Each slot you buy only applies to the character you are on when buying it.

You want 1 character to have 12 slots?

You can have up to a total of 10 slots per character, iirc.

Yes. But I am trying to figure out if I can buy 12 for the sale price of 750 crowns. Or if you can only buy one or a few for the sale price. I am wanting to know if there is a limit on how many you can buy for the sale price.

Model it on behavior of full price token. Can you buy multiple tokens for the same toon for full price? If yes, then I assume you can do the same for the discount token as the only difference would be the price.

Except we're talking about the slots. But, your point stands.

That item is on sale. So, yeah, you can buy however many of that item you want for the sale price. There's no indication that it wouldn't work like anything else that's on sale in the Crown Store. It's not an account upgrade, it's a per-character upgrade. Similarly, if you bought Riding Lessons when they were on sale, you could buy as many of them as you wanted at the sale price.

I mean, worst-case scenario, you buy one and you see that the sale price stops applying when you're looking at it in the Crown Store after your first purchase. But that would be really, really weird.

    I suppose there's a functional limit of 135 times.

The “sale price” is still ridiculous. I would have bought extra outfit slots if the 1500 original price means I’d get an account wide extra slot for all my characters. But you only get it for a single toon. Not worth it at 750 crowns, either. Knock off the zero and I might consider it.

Appreciate the thought guys. I just don't want to buy crowns for 12 if I can only purchase one. That's all. I was hoping someone who had bought sale-priced outfit slots (already) knew if you could buy more. In other games, there is often a limit on how many you can buy of something that has a sale price attached to it. I will just assume there is no limit. o:)

This just means you don't really want them, because this is the best price you're gonna get on these. Zos isn't gonna go cheaper.

Alternately, they do want them but aren't willing to buy them at this price on principle.

Just a quick update. I was able to get everything I needed (all 12 slots) for the sale price. Whew! Now I have 10/10 outfit slots on the the only two characters I love playing, Templar and Warden . So, yeh. I'm about to get real pretty up in here. I've got my snowy outfits, my thievy outfits, some summery outfits for the beachery in Summerset, and next... I think some kind of swampy outfit for Murkmire is in order :smirk:
