Title says it all. Been specifically trying to farm plans since this morning, and I haven't even seen a green murk plan. What the heck?

I was on at 7am. The server went down around 2:00 my time. Now I'm farming again. Still no plans, Captain Sassypants.

Given how they went about it with Morrowind and the CWC, and now Summerset after the nerf? Yes. Expect awful drop rates for a year+ in order to sell their crownstore crap.

I got a purple argonian skull totem and something else i do t remember...from abt 40 skulls. Maybe 5% drop rate.

Have been farming Murkmire for 2 days straight. Well over 100 NPCs pickpocketed(2 times then kill), and 100s of containers searched. Have found zero murkmire plans. 1 cheap blue murkmire banner furnishing is all. This drop rate is beyond absurd.
