chandelier stuck in floor

somehow I moved a chandelier and it is in the floor

(( All I can see is the "strings" and there is no way of selecting it to move it or put it "away"...
Any suggestions on what I can do??

Have you tried the retrieve tab? locate in there and put it away.

You should check again, in the category of lights
If not, try to find its name on the internet, the site "eso fashion" can help a lot, then find its right category
Then in the retrieve tab (third tab iirc, after the setting tab and the crown store tab) select it and put it in bag like LeHarrt91 suggested

Restart the app- sometimes items glitch out and get stuck in odd places with a note "another player is moving that object" leaving the home (all players) corrects the object to its last location, pre-problem
