absolutely amazed by performance upgrade

I really wasn't counting on much with regard to the stated goal of a performance upgrade. I was floored to see how much faster and smoother the system worked. Indeed, I'd been having problems for years with mouse clicks being missed, and that has almost completely vanished. I'm suitably impressed. Thank you much.

This is good hear! Doing dailies the last week, I’ve had a series of experiences mounting and hitting rapids of “H, H, H, H...3, 3, 3, 3, 3.” It’ll be nice to have the commands register the first time. Fingers crossed!

Probably just not a lot of people in your zone. I’ll reserve judgement until I logon tonight and have gone to a number of zones that appear to have the usual population.

With my high end PC i still getting huge fps drops all around the world from 110-12 thats not a performance upgrade.

I thought things worked a bit faster/smoother - I didn't try bar swaps, or "smooth rotation" (as opposed to building in a pause for GCD which is how I usually keyboard spells). But loading seemed to go better - I usually haven't had much issue with loading screens, but it seemed they were a bit faster (not magnitudes, but noticeable at least).

Lag is always going to be redping for me on satellite. I'll see how it goes tomorrow on a full day in game which is my normal. Today wasn't exactly "normal"....

I still have problems weaving swallow soul with destro staff light attacks. Sometime I am stuck in the light attack and it fires of seconds after. A bit annoying.

Addons are all disabled at login.. I saw zero difference with mine on or off both the game runs abysmal..

My ping's a lot more stable and seems to be about 10-50 ms faster. Skills seem to be firing off reliably for once-- which is great considering the sorc nerfs. I've been able to keep shields up easily, monsters actually get trapped for once, and I haven't had any close calls. That wasn't the case a week ago when I'd keep hammering keys over and over hoping for something to work.

Ping has nothing to do with performance, though. It's a connection thing. Performance = how well the game performs based on what your PC is doing. Mainly measured by framerate and the like. Ping has nothing to do with it and a higher ping can be caused by a multitude of different things, not all of which may be within Zenimax control. Might be an issue with your internet connection, might be a DDOs attack on a network somewhere. That being said, if it's an issue since Summerset launched there may be something larger going on. Personally I'm not noticing any huge ping issues, though.
