If it wasn't a nerf, the change would not have happened. Make no mistake, it's a nerf. In fact, so much so that I won't slot a single one even in LA except maybe ward ally (since healing ward turned to trash) and a 50% HP capped shield is worthless. Better off stacking passive healing at that point.

Could not be less exited. These nerfs and killing of classes ... well have had enough. Next week RDR2 hits out and that is what I'am exited about for sure.

The PS4 EU is already looking like a ghost town and many people have already packed their bags due to nerfmire.

Me too. Pretty annoyed I have 137 days of ESO+ left that I probably won't end up using. Learned that lesson I guess. Don't pay for long term for subs in a game where the devs have a history of making sweeping changes to classes and play styles.

They massively lowered the amount of hitpoints major shield abilities have to counter the benefits of resistance.
