ZOS will we ever be able to get those mounts with gems? I assume as time goes on new mounts will be made available and those will be shelved. Be nice to have a way to acquire one for certainty instead of RNG.

✭✭✭✭✭Why would they? Even if they made an outrageous price tag (3,000 gems for example) they would take away the incentive to „spend more“ because the next crate surely has the mount in it.
A 0.2% drop chance as per the tracking addon is just absurd. ✭Well, there is a theory that Radiant Apex Mounts may be made available to the "ESO Plus Exclusive" addition to the Store that's coming soon. Starting with the Dwarven Crate ones, anyway.
The Vitrine Dwarven Wolf and Ebon Dwarven Senche were re-datamined in the 4.2.0 update, along with a bunch of mix-and-match variants (Ebon Dwarven Horse, Vitrine Dwarven Senche, Adamant Dwarven Wolf).
My understanding is that data for all of them, including the mix-and-matched ones, already existed in the game since Morrowind came out, but are being pointed out again specifically after this update, and are accompanied by ANOTHER interesting item.
"Crown Classics" Volume 1 & 2 Crown Crates. Also referred to internally as "Greatest Hit Crates"
We might be getting the biggest, best items from old Crown Crate Seasons in these new "remixes," and they're timing coincides with the new ESO Plus Addition to the store. So (OLD) Radiant Apex mounts could easily be included in these crates, or even made available individually for ESO Plus members as an incentive to buy ESO Plus.2 -
