Not getting any loot out of dolmen bosses

No, what sucks is going to Alik'r dolmens. Just go to somewhere that is a tad quieter, there will still be enough people around to take the mobs down easily but you'll be much more likely to get some loot.

It's there to prevent botters from swarming a single boss, spamming it down endlessly, and effectively locking the content to other players while also generating horrific amounts of gold. This was an issue at launch, and it is a real danger. As is, bot trains need to stay at 12 or under for maximum efficiency, which cuts down on their impact on the game overall.

Ah right. That makes sense.

Timer is a myth; there is a Dolmen triple-boss - dropping 3 skulls (if you are fast enough to get your hits in).

You have to lay down aoe before the pinion comes up because of lag.. and then spam and execute.

The dolmens that drop 3 plunder skulls at once .....you need the aoe to get all three.

I grinded my NB from 1-50 and got 3 skulls, No monsters or bosses spawned in time due to just being melted with aoe

I get 33-40 skulls an hour so the three minute timer thing isn't quite right. But i hit 3 different bosses and i always get a skull.

For dolmen bosses you only need to -hit- the boss to get loot from the boss. The 12-player limit applies to all other types of bosses. Unfortunately, so many herpy-derps camp the Alik'r ones that you're unlikely to get a hit in more than 1/3 bosses because it does faster than your reactions can react, and thus won't qualify to get loot. Picking a different zone is your best bet.
