Insurgent Dremora Plunder Skull?

Pyr0xyrecuprotite✭✭✭✭✭BTW, I can confirm that the gold (Dremora) skulls are on a 20hour cooldown, kinda like being able to do a premium random dungeon. There is a Plunder skull timer addon that can help you keep track.
That said, it may change again as soon as Murkmire is released (Monday 22nd). One of the PTS patch notes mentioned changing the event ticket reset timer to when daily pledges reset. This might (or might not?) also affect the cooldown for gold skulls.
