Do not all delve bosses count towards the Witcher's Festival quest?

I've defeated Stormsinger Farya, from Wasten Coraldale in Summerset, multiple times now, each time getting a plunder skull as a drop. But the quest won't progress. It keeps telling me to defeat a boss in a delve.
Edit: It's not actually giving me the achievement for clearing out the delve either, which you usually get after defeating the delve boss - is there something I'm missing here?

✭✭✭✭✭A common mistake we’re seeing is that players haven’t let the 20 hours elapse from the last Dremora plunder scroll drop.
Drops aren’t based on the daily reset or Event start time.
If you think you are really missing it start a support ticket.
Or, try another delve.

✭✭It's possible that you might need to do a delve boss elsewhere than Summerset. I've seen that in another thread.3 -

I'm not after drops here. I'm after the acknowledgement that I've defeated a delve boss.
But in response to what @kringled_1 suggests, I tried a delve outside of Summerset and it worked fine, so thank you.

✭✭✭✭Its likely related to there being multiple bosses in that delve. Try killing the other one and see if it will count toward the quest goal. Otherwise go to a base game, single-boss delve and try it there to see if the quest itself is bugged.0 -

Did that. Didn't work. So I just went to one in Auridon I think and got it done.
