The Dremora Plunder Skull drops once per account, the achievement is per character. Seems like someone forgot to think this through at ZOS...

✭13 days event, 13 characters if you optimize it, due to "reasons" if you get it on 10 it'll be decent and the maximum IMO0 -

✭✭✭✭You can actually pull it off 16 times in 14 days (assuming you hate yourself) with the 20 hour cooldown, and have a little time leftover.
Also, it's an annual event, you'll be able to pick up where you left off, just like all the other events have allowed you to do.Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...
Earn it.

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Annual events in a MMO are just that, annual. You shouldn't expect to get every achievement on every character across all your accounts in one incidence of an annual event - it may take several. That doesn't concern me, and I have 28 characters

Considering we will likely get even more character slots available to us with time it seems even less practical.0 -

I've tried to keep up with that in the past, but ESO repeatedly pushes me away from that.
Last year you needed Morrowind to complete the PvP ones. Forced pass.
This year you could do the PvP ones without Summerset, but obviously the psijic passives would provide an edge to those who owned it. So another pass.
The 150 requirement for the Murkmire prologue dailies is bonkers even for one character. The notion of doing it on multiple characters is supremely unappealing.
And now there's this one with an account wide daily timer and trying to force players intro trials. Pass.0
