GimpyPorcupine✭✭✭✭✭By nerf, are you referring to the reduced time, giving you a shorter window of opportunity, or Befoul not enhancing Defile from sets (Fasalla's, Ward of Cyrodiil, Durok's)?
Fasalla's can have 100% uptime if you stay near them. Ward has 60% if you focus your attacks on one enemy. Durok's has 50% uptime if your opponent is attacking you.
Skills require you to reapply. With corrupting pollen, it's about 60% uptime if I wait for the heal to pop, 100% if I just keep recasting.
On my Defile bot, I dropped from 67% to 60% when Befoul stopped improving the Fasalla's tooltip.
Not really sure what the problem is.8-hr/day casual on Xbox NA. 20 Characters, all DC, all Level 50. +2900CP0 -

✭✭✭You are oversimplifying.
One guy healing trying to survive vs a ball of zerg isn't OP. A healbot within a zerg or a group is. Defile doesn't affect the healbot who is shielded by their group, which you may only end up defiling a couple. It does affect the singular or duo players who can get defiled to ***.
I recommend splitting mending and vitality up into healing out, and healing in respectively, instead of the current healing done and healing in. Healing done currently buffs your heals on yourself too, if it was changed to out.
Obviously certain buffs will change, i.e.igneous would now give mending+vitality which would be equal in strength to old mending.
Then add a new debuff that matches defile, but for healing out, due to the changes above, this wouldn't affect a single player at all, but it would affect heal bots directly.MagDK main. PC/EU @AK-ESO
