Best Class/Weapon Skill to build Ultimate?

I am wondering about this because it takes quite a bit of ultimate to trigger transforming into a werewolf, as I've had two separate werewolf characters and I have found it takes quite a while on them to get enough ultimate to use said transformation. So does anyone have any build suggestions for triggering ultimate quickly?

Shimmering shield and heroic slash brings the ult in quick. Add in gear like Bloodspawn, WW Hide, and maybe the new stam % cost reduction gear and you'll pour out quick ults.
That being said, generally you DON'T want to build for quick ult gen on WW. Once WW is leveled, you shouldn't really have a problem staying in form for overland/dungeons/most PvP--so building for ult generation with your gear is wasted, as that ult generation is throttled while in WW form.

It has no innate ult generation bonuses, but it's the most consistent way to maintain base ult gain while at range--which can be useful if you need ult before engaging and you aren't being hit with ranged attacks to block.Thrice Empress, Forever Scrub0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Nightblade tbh. 20 per potion+Soul Harvest+2 per 4 sec>Warden. Warden has conditional access to Major Heroism with Shimmering Shield and same 1/2 ulti per sec passive. However, NBs too can access Major Heroism from 120 CP passive in the stamina damage tree. This overall increases the ultimate generation well beyond that of warden.
In PvP, I always have Incap Strike up on demand. I hardly ever lack it when needed.Edited by susmitds on October 18, 2018 3:50PM0 -

✭✭Doesn't the other morph of the Two Handed skill Carve still grant Minor Heroism even without hitting any targets? Or did they fix that? Heroic Slash, from the One Hand and Shield line, requires an enemy to be activated.
Bow does nothing to speed up ulti gen over other weapons as far as I know, @Banegrivm0
