Torugs Murkmire Stam DD?

Seen some really nice stam DD parses on YT using 5 relequens 5 torugs, is torugs going to be a viable option now the enchantment cooldowns on DW have been changed?

    The changes to DW enchantments aren't just a buff to DW, they're a game-breakingly strong buff to DW. I wouldn't invest a lot into Torug's, as it's highly likely the change will be walked back in some way in the next DLC update.
    7-day PVP campaign regular 2016-2019, Flawless Conqueror. MagDK/stamplar/stamwarden/mageblade. Requiem, Legend, Knights of Daggerfall. Currently retired from the wars; waiting on performance improvements.

    Which really sucks as I put a set on my WW a week or so before Alcast video.

    Yeah 2h is basically unuseable now, with how strong DW is in murkmire.

    Before I had like 2-3k less DPS with 2h. On PTS I have 4-5k less DPS and significantly worse sustain (using nirn on the 2h; infused would cause the gap to widen even further)

    Yup, tested on pts yesterday and it's pretty much great, enchants doing insane damage now. Surprised that someone else tried that too :)

    They stated in the developer meeting that they intend to reduce the enchantment effect if you are using DW same as weapon traits, so I think thats how they will balance DW instead of nerfing torug's

    Other than the 5 pc bonus Torugs doesnt look like a great set for a stam DPS. Are weapon enchants really gonna be that good that you would sacrifice extra stam/stam rec/weapon damage or critical for spell resist, spell power and max health?

    There is no sacrifice when you're getting resistance, health, 5k dps poison enchant and 3k dps+~500 stam absorb enchant :)

    @colossalvoids so the weapon enchants really are that powerful lol 5k DPS from an enchant seems excessive

    Yep, with Torug's they are that potent. But nothing wrong with this really, this is almost the same damage boost as AY but a bit survivability built in. But anyway they will nerf enchants on 1h pieces next patch after Murkmire and it will be forgotten like always.
