    Terrible title for starters, but yeah I don't disagree that this is too strong. The enchants for 1H weapons really need to be cut in half as well as their traits.

    How is your crit damage so high (oh, shadow + force)? How many attempts did it take for you to fluke the crit strike rate you got?

    Looks like we're in for another proc meta, except this time, people won't even have to slot proc sets. Whoopee.

    While this has been highlighted quite a few times already, it's unlikely to change before live, since ZOS has a staunch policy of making no balance changes after the final PTS iteration, necessity be damned. Oh except when it comes to pissing people off and screwing them over at the last minute (like the Mother's sorrow nerf after everyone had invested in it).

    So we're probably saddled with this painful meta for the next 3 months, at best.

    Sounds like PvP is about to outsource yet another nerf upon ESO.

    @Daus , if such change is made, then it's necessary to enable enchantments of same type to stack and have separate cooldown. Because 2H/staff/bow will be able to slot fully powered weapon damage glyph, but DW won't be able to have two halved weapon damage enchants for same effect.

    Why? You can enchant one had with poison and the other with disease. They do the same amount of damage.

Proposed change was supposed to equalize 2H and DW, but it doesn't, because it forces to have different enchantments. And no, "but it's not a big deal because you can stand on your head and it'll be almost same thing" is not an argument. ^^

    Back bar bow? Now that berzerk enchants proc on all skills and light attacks, that is where that would be, procing off of endless. Unless you are concerned about the rare dual wield/dual wield build.

Place it on the front, and it's uptime (and hence sustain) will fall, more so that, again, on the front it won't have its previous potency.

    You are wrong. Back bar berzerk, with both damage in the front will be the best.

    By the way, I do not understand your metaphor, what does standing your head have to do with anything.

    As for metaphor, it's really simple - while PvP is trying to mutilate the freshly streamlined work of enchants, you're trying to convince me that it's all good because there are weird workarounds which (you assure me) would work the same.

    You are talking to a guy whose Stam toons all run the set up you are talking about, absorb stamina on the back bar, by the way, best I get is around 150 extra regen from it, which is alot, I give you that, except for nb cause nb, you will have a higher up time, almost 100% from the berzerk on the back bar bow because of the fact endless ticks every half second. Both dots from dw/2h, those being blood craze and brawler, tick one a second. You will have far more down time of berzerk on your front bar. This is a loss of ~800 weapon damage. Absorb stam procs every 2 seconds. You will get the same up time as you would on the back bar.

    Then there is the fact that you can't choose which mobs your bows endless hail will proc the damage enchant on. So you put them on your front bar, so you can choose which one gets the damage.

    @Lightspeedflashb14_ESO , I absolutely don't understand where are you getting such numbers and why do you find them a good enough reason to state "you are wrong". I'm getting 200 stamina/s from absorb on the bow, on stam DK. On PTS, people are getting ~85% berserker uptime on infused off hand versus >90% on bow bar, and that's nowhere near 800 weapon damage difference (sheesh, berserker doesn't give that at 100% uptime). And I'm not even mentioning that you're proposing to move absorb to front bar where (according to the proposal) it will have halved efficiency and will give half the regen.

    Was me doing the test. Crit chance was around pretty high so didn't take that many attempts.

    Huh. Better decrease damage of crystal frags by 15% and slightly increase travel time to compensate. Increase warden bear cost by 10 ult. Reduce master DW extra damage by 3. That should do it.

    I plan on running nirn poison/infused stam OH with berserk on backbar.

    Running that averaged 57k on PTS for me.

    I agree on rather having berserker up 100% vs. 50-60 extra stam regen.
