I'll wait till after maint. As I read other people had issues. I did pathfinder shortly after Summerset launched and met login requirements. Never got the mounts or villa. I'll check when I log in tomorrow after maint. before I send a support ticket. Is their server a Commodore 64? Maybe it is time for an upgrade lol Oh, and no hate on the C64. That sound chip is awesome. And if you have a C64, people will pay a chunk of money to have it if you don't want it taking up your space. But something really should be done about the lag and and desyncs in Cyro.

Tarantolos✭✭✭✭There is no Ingame-Announcement, wich shows you your new items. Just check the houses in the category "Home" or the pets in the categories with your mounts and pets. Alternative you may zoom out the map until you see Aertum and you will find the house in the southern border of it in white, so you can port. Did you grab Summersend before the october, the 8th? Otherwise a ticket is the right way .)0 -

forwardbias83✭✭✭I had Summerset after it launched, was a sub, also bought it in the event of a lapse in sub shortly after launch. I checked the map, did not show up. Same with collections. As an obsession, wanted to finish the quests there as fast as possible. Knock out the quests. Then went to fishing for the chance of fishing up those bottles with rare loot. Explored the whole map shortly after launch of the new area. Pet, mount and villa was later announced. Never got the awards but had done them fairly early on.0

forwardbias83✭✭✭I checked my collections and map of owned houses, was never awarded the items. Maint is going on right now. Soon going to bed. When I wake up I'll check, then send support ticket, maybe something they are fixing in maint if it is a systemic issue, maybe something not. In the mean time, good night.0

Mannix1958✭✭✭✭Several friends of mine had a similar issue...but they did have the pet & mount. Turns out since they never previewed it prior it was not showing on the map or in their collections.
One traveled to me in my Villa & viola it popped on her map & in her collections.
The other I led to the College of Psjiic Ruins on Artaeum...to the right...up the stairs...through the door & to the pool/portal that took him to his Villa which then showed on the map & in his collection.
I hope its something like that for you as well.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭Yeah, the house doesn't show up on your map at all before visiting it for the first time, you have to go through your menu collections, notable homes to get to it. Once you visited it for the first time it then unlocks account wide and will show up on your map. I wonder if that's part of the issue, people are assuming the house will automatically show up on the map.0 -

I don't think, so as the house, pet and mount were not showing up in peoples Collections when they had been earned after the event. I had the same issue on one server until I logged on to other server (that I hardly go on) to see if they were on there.
