an idea of the Merchant and Banker ( when placing them at home )

HI , there are so many Merchants and Bank safe keepers at every city , they can be different race , some are Dark ELF , some are High ELF , some are argonian and some are khajiit ....... BUT ...... BUT if i buy the assistant of BANKER and Merchant and settle them at my House , then , i cannot choose which race they are , what outfit they are wearing !!!!

So , i have an idea ....... can I change my assistants to other races ??? can I choose the outfit for them ??? this shall be interesting !!

and the next idea is ....... i buy a house or home , but sometimes when i go home , i always feel a little bit loney , i mean ........ there is no one there . OK , i have some pets , i have a banker , i have a merchant ....... i think , if i can buy some NPC with different function and let them live in my home , that is great ,

i may buy a NPC to playing music and singing for me ,
i may buy a NPC to cleaning my home ,
i may buy a npc guard to patrol my home ,
i may buy a npc to drink with me ,

all these can make me feel like i have family in my home and i am not HOME ALONE ....... is this a great idea ???

Despite the...colorful presentation, this is actually a great idea.
In EQ2 guild halls, the NPCs you can place all have an option for race, gender, and outfit. While I doubt they will add functionality to the existing banker and merchant assistants, adding an in home only version where you can set the gender, race, and outfit would be a nice touch.
In addition, it would be a great opportunity to add repair functionality to the merchant, and full bank access (guild bank and store) to the banker.

Once I've seen interesting post (can't remember name of the user) that said it would be nice to be able to place our all characters in our homes to be able to manage thier equipment.

We can go further with this. Let's allow us to place our characters as they are (thus no need to implement new system for changing outfits), manage their inventory and set few emotes that will play in loop.

Simple implementation, usage of already existing solutions (outfit system, emotes) and huuuge possibilities.

Imagine you change outfits of your characters and place them at table sitting (/sitchair), dancing, drinking and playing instruments.

Limit of the characters for notable homes should be max. available characters slots.

This would bring a lot of life and fun into our houses.

It would be cool. In FFXIV you get a personal "Retainer" NPC that has its own character creation menu that's exactly like the player character one. When I race changed to an Au Ra I made my Retainer look like my old Miqo'te.

yep.

The banker is an ugly elf in a dress, with completely the wrong accent.
If they ever do something, it better be free. I'm not paying.

FWIW, I keep my banker in one of those tall cage things. "hello there"...
