Trying to create a new character ESO kicks me

So every time I'm in the character creation screen tweaking my sliders it takes 5-10 min and then I'm logged out, doesent matter if I move the sliders. I'm on ps4 is this a bug?

It would be so nice if we could save template faces so we could re-edit them later. It might help people out a bit.
But yeah, the game forces you to keep clicking on stuff, or it'll crash.

5-10 minutes seems really short but I do know from experience that you will get kicked out on PC as well if you take too long. It sucks!

On PC I have spent an hour creating a character. However I was sitting in from of my computer and moving the mouse almost all the time. Now, I know that the idle kick timer in the character screen is really short, like 2 minutes. So if you are sitting there looking at your character without using any of the onput (keyboard or mouse) for 2 minutes, then I believe you'll get kicked for idle. Make sure to do some input at least every 1½ minute to be sure. If this does not help you then it sure does sound like a bug. There's also the risk that it could be network issues, either on your end or on the server, which causes you to disconnect.
