So I play in Ebonheart pact and just been running through main story. I'm now at the point where I can choose to start cadwells silver and it dawned on me, I haven't done mages guild or fightersguild questlines will the story be all messed up now? In what order du you recommend me doing the DLC and expansions from now?

    No, the story won't be messed up. Or rather, the story is equally messed up regardless of what order you do quest lines in.

    Just do whatever seems interesting. Do everything at once, it doesn't matter.

    No the mages and fighters guild storys are completely separate.

    Also, DLC storywise i think it's alliance zones/Coldharbour, Wrothgar, Morrowind, Clockwork city and Summerset. Well, that's how i do it.

    Fighters and Mages Guild will take you back to your alliance's zones, but it won't impact the story.

    Fighters and Mages can be picked up at any time. While mages will still level up retroactively from the lorebooks, you'll have to start from square 1 on Fighters. Luckily it's super easy to level. Silver and Gold are supposed to be done before the DLC, but it only changes dialogue here and there.

    DLC order doesn't matter too much, but if you're ultra concerned about the story I believe its IC, Wrothgar, Thieve's, Dark Brotherhood, Morrowind, Clockwork City, then Summerset.

    There's only a few recurring characters. Morrowind, Clockwork, and Summerset are all part of a three part story so I'd recommend doing those in order, but the rest can be completed whenever and make essentially no difference.
