This. It did not show up for me as an available house until I went to it, then it started to show up.

ZOS Customer Support has been amazing in my experience. Ive had serious ingame issues that they fixed for me.

I have a feeling that you didn't meet a certain criteria, otherwise you would have it .

You have to go to the house through the menus like ZoS stated earlier, thats how both me and 3 other guild mates had to get access to ours. Now on the support note, i doubt this is their fault seeing as your reluctance to even respond to all of the informative suggestions everyone's made especially since I've had to contact support dozens of times while getting top notch responses and help from them in return.

I mean if you need to borrow some glasses i'd happily lend you mine, just be cautious using them. You may be able to see an ant fart.

I was like the OP. But instead of contacting customer service, I just asked in guild chat. They told me about the tab in collections. Problem solved.

The first thing I did when I logged-in after maintenance (and didn't see any notifications) was open my map and bring up Artaeum on the map, and the housing icon for the Psijic Villa was already white. So I clicked on it and went there.
(I'm on PC NA.)

I didn't check Collections first because it didn't occur to me to do so (I was confused by there being no notification and checking the map was the first thing that came to mind; I guess because I don't typically open Collections to travel to one of my houses), but after I was at the Villa, I then opened Collections to check for the mount and pet, and they were both there.

It seems strange that so many people on the same platform(s) are having different experiences with this.

I didnt get the rewards also and I am sure I dont have them, I am no noob in this, I know how to look into collections. Its not there. None of the 3 rewards. No reply from suppport since yesterday.

Unless people have console, then it looks a bit different than that. Similar, but different.

Pretty much looks the same. Any fine detail that is different is extremely minor.

I preordered summerset collectors, compeleted the achievemnet first week of release and log in almost daily.

Yeah, it was the same for me. All I did was look at my map and the Villa was already whited out and ready to be travelled to. Didn't look at the Collections tab at all. I did preview the house before, so I wonder if this makes a difference?

That's bizarre, partly because you already had the achievement but mainly because you don't need it in order to get the villa:-

" even if you were unable to acquire the Summerset Pathfinder Achievement, as long as you have logged into the game while owning ESO: Summerset by October 8, you will receive the unlocked rewards for free. "

It wouldn't be the first clueless response I've seen from CS. Like when they kept insisting over and over that there was nothing they could do to give access for people whose pre-purchased physical collectors editions of Summerset hadn't arrived yet, even after community managers had publicly announced that people in that situation could contact CS to be given access.

Couldn't you make it a sticky, Ryan, so we don't have these kind of threads popup? It would help a lot as normally people expect to get a mail or notification that direct them where to look for event items of this type.

If you had preview that house before, then it would work as every other POI marker on map as long and if you also own it show white marker. I couldn't see this house being listed in listing over houses I own (from open main map) until I went to collection and did travel to my new home.

You understand that the Villa is an entitlement they actually paid for, right?

So, yes. If they own Summerset (which they do), and logged on during the available dates (which they did), then they are, in fact, entitled to receive the house, mount, and pet (which they haven't.)
