How do I edit my forum name?

It defaulted to this weird name and won't let me edit my profile.

You can't if you were a beta tester yet

Hopefully they fix it soon.
It should be Profile, Edit Profile but it's greyed out.

Strange. I was a beta tester and I could change my profile name.

Customer service (via support request) sorted me out very quickly indeed. Others have said you can ask one of the staff online in the forums too.
