PvP rewards are pretty essential but I could see why they would wait till after release to figure them out and improve on what got put into place. There will probably be a lot of changes to come and more progression rewards could very well be one of them. I personally would like to see a reward system that augments the PvE content to help create interest in both beyond their development qualities.
