Can't place usable/interactable chairs and benches in the Hunter's Glade outdoor zone.

Chairs and benches remain yellow in placement mode and can't be interacted with in the outdoor portion of the glade. They work fine inside the underground tower.

In my experience, that happens when the Home Editor Align function does not place the item exactly on the surface to which the item is attached, or on which it rests. So, when you place an item, always switch to the mode which has the Align function, and use it before de-selecting the item.

Nonetheless, unfortunately, the Align function is not reliable and the item might not be placeable exactly on the surface by using the Home Editor.

What I've done is use the add-on Homestead Engineer to find the value of the Y-axis for items on the horizontal surface on which my character can sit. Then I can set the Y-axis value to the same number for the items on which my character cannot sit that are on the same horizontal surface. So far, that has always resolved the problem.

When there are no other items that are on or attached to the same surface, I've used some trial-and-error approximations until I find the Y-axis value that works. It helps if other items have been placed correctly enough on other surfaces so that you can see what their X,Y,Z and Roll, Yaw, and Pitch values are, and get an idea of what values the troublesome item(s) should have.

As to why the Y-axis is the vertical axis instead of X and Y being horizontal, and Z vertical -- as they are commonly assigned in mathematics -- I have no idea. Maybe the add-on developer has them labeled wrong, and should swap Y for Z and vice-versa. Or maybe that labeling is necessary because the ZOS Application Programming Interface functions define Y as the vertical axis. Heh.

Thanks for answering this, @Shadowshire! I saw the bug report by @thom_ESO and wondered whether I should buy the house or not. Now that I know there is a workaround I will get it.:-)
