Is Transmutation worth it?

Considering I play primarily in non-CP campaign and BG's, is Transmutation worth running on my healer when most people do not have high crit or modifiers? I plan on using Shacklebreaker along with a buff/utility set and I see a lot of builds running Trans. I was thinking something like Sanctuary for more healing or dragon for more ult spam (also nice since im a warden healer). Thoughts?

    It's basically perm 20% crit dmg reduction for you an your entire team/ group.

    It's 100% worth it.
    PS4 EU DC

    Current CP : 756+

    I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.

    RIP my effort to get 5x v16 characters...

    Yes it's worth it.

    You can run the 5th piece of Transmutation on either weapon bar and your other bar can be a trial staff, willpower staff, etc.

    Some classes still run very good crit chance in no-CP (Stamblade I believe?), and some players even use the Mechanical Acuity set to guarantee critical hits.

    And it's not just for you. Your teammates will love you for it. Just plan on having an alternative set if another teammate is running it already.

    Yup. No joke. Or combat metrics is just bugged and shows CP crit dmg in non CP enviroment which is also possible.

    Personally rate this set, back bared. Obviously depends on group setup etc but it's a solid go to. Espech with wardMire

    Definitely worth running trans or have high impen in no cp. NBs and templars get bonus crit damage, not to mention minor force availability for everyone.

    As a healer I personally prefer to run Sanctuary for that extra 12% healing received, often useful since I'm normally running with a large group in Cyrodiil and the set effects 11 group members within 10 meters (plus I feel as I'm already tanky enough as it is). But yes, Transmutation is well worth it if you feel the extra critical resistance is necessary.
