Unfortunately there are ways others can break the cc immunity so there is that. That is how some people are infinite cc'ing town guards.

In this game you have CCs, snares and roots.
CCs make you unable to move use any skills. Like Reach or Dizzy Swing.
Snares just makes you slower.
Roots lock you in place, unable to move but still using skills. Talons from DKs are an example for this.
CCs have a counter in Break Free or in an Immovable pot.
Snares and Roots can be cleansed or you can get immunity for a few seconds from skills like Shuffle/Forward Momentum or Mist Form.

What I mean isn't always lag. I mean like people breaking cc immunity pots and the like. There was even a moment where I lead a small zerg and had a person willing showcase it where we could have him lifted up in the air far enough (they couldn't kill him or even remotely kill him) and we lifted him far up in the air enough where he died from fall damage... on flat ground. That was posted a fairly long while ago.

Never heard of a way/exploit to bypass CC immunity. At least it shouldnt be possible nowadays
