No, the Erstwhile Sanctuary is my home. Just finished restoring it to its pre-collapse state complete with secret temple of Malacath, where necromancy and torture rule, there is also what looks like a shrine to Malacath but its an unconsecrated dummy to make the actual temple obscure to the profane.

It took me a LONG time to get Mistveil Manor the way I like it, so I'll base out of there until I have the manor presentable.

Then the party will be biblical!

Not speaking ill of it, but I prefer the boathouse in my Grotto. My plans for the villa were just to use it as a furnishing storehouse. Sticking to the plan, but its cool enough that I at least decorated the courtyard entrance pretty nice.

It's going to take me a long time to decorate it and I really like my bug house, it's the perfect size for me. So for now, no, although I will certainly enjoy having a new project. :)

Twin Arches is my current primary residence and will continue to be for the foreseeable future. I will decorate the Villa as I find stuff appropriate for it but it will be a long while before it is finished. One thing I don't understand with the huge houses is why mounts are still restricted outside. It would be a definite QoL improvement if I could ride from one side of the estate to the other.

Have it as my primary as I experiment with lighting but my real home is and will always be Mournoth Keep. It's exactly how I like it, every furnishing slot filled, all the trophies. Lots to see and do there.

My current primary will remain Gorinir Estate for about the next five days. After those five days are up, I will be switching my primary residence to the Hunter's Glade.
The Grand Psijic Villa is very beautiful and a very large home and I'm more than happy to have it and decorate it, but I'm trying to role-play over here.

Mounts, pets and assistants form the Special Collections, which is restricted to 10 items. Not being able to show all my mounts and pets is one of my pet hates about the housing system.

As for the OP, I won't make a house my primary residence when it's too far away from a wayshrine, as this one is. I'd end up wasting far too much time just riding from the house. It's ridiculous how ZOS seem intent on pushing houses further and further away from the main means of fast transport.

No, I have well furnished Grymhart’s Woe in Windhelm as my main home, it suits my main character better.

Psijic Villa will be my high fantasy realm, and propably unending labour to furnish. I like the challenge.

I've been waiting for this house since it first showed up on the PTS.
I had a whole slew of furnishings all set and ready to be placed.
There's a ton of work still to do, but I have already made it my primary.
My previous primary was Tel Galen, and I love how it ended up (I stopped at 694/700) but it will be nice to have some light and space in my primary residence. Much as I love Tel Galen, it's just a bit low and dark inside.

I would like it to be. But it's going to take a bit of creativity and additional construction to make it work on 700 slots so I am waiting for it to go back on the PTS so I can test a few designs.

@Jayman1000 open up the collections menu. On pc it’s default U. It’s the same menu that has your costumes and hats. There should be a tab for houses. You’ll find it there.

Yes, because it's really nice. My fav is still Linchal Manor but there is no way I will spent ~100$ on a virtual house, especially when each patch can mean complete destruction of my toons gameplay.
I'm done with this game because of ZOS pushing us into Vengeance, because they don't know how to fix Cyrodiil.

The Place by Tony Walsh Please Read
This is the place in the North West of England

It’s ace, it’s the best and the songs that we sing

From the stands, from our bands set the whole planet shaking

Our inventions are legends! There’s nowt we can’t make and

So we make brilliant music. We make brilliant bands

We make goals that make souls leap from seats in the stands

And we make things from steel and we make things from cotton

And we make people laugh, take the mick summat rotten

And we make you at home and we make you feel welcome

And we make summat happen, we can’t seem to help it

And if you’re looking for history then yes, we’ve a wealth

But the Manchester way is to make it yourself

And make us a record, a new number one

And make us a brew while you’re up, love. Go on!

And make us feel proud that you’re winning the league

And make us sing louder and make us believe it

that this is the place that has helped shape the world

And that this the place where a Manchester girl

Name of Emmeline Pankhurst from the streets of Moss Side

Led a Suffragette City with sisterhood pride

And this is the place with appliance of science

We’re on it, atomic, we strut with defiance

In the face of a challenge we always stand tall

Mancunians in union delivered it all

Such as housing and libraries, and health, education

And unions and co-ops, the first railway station

So we’re sorry! Bear with us! We invented commuters!

But we hope you forgive us – we invented computers!

And this is the place Henry Royce strolled with Rolls

And we’ve rocked and we’ve rolled with our own Northern Soul

And so this is the place to do business, then dance

Where go-getters and goal setters know they’ve a chance

And this is the place where we first played as kids

And me Mam lived and died here, she loved it she did

And this is the place where our folks came to work

Where they struggled in puddles, they hurt in the dirt

And they built us a city. They built us these towns

And they coughed on the cobbles to the deafening sound

Of the steaming machines and the screaming of slaves

They were scheming for greatness, they dreamed to their graves

And they left us a spirit, they left us a vibe

The Mancunian Way to survive and to thrive

And to work and to build, to connect and create and

Greater Manchester’s greatness is keeping it great

And so this is the place now we’ve kids of our own

Some are born here, some drawn here but we all call it home

And they’ve covered the cobbles, but they’ll never defeat

All the dreamers and schemers who still teem through these streets

Because this is a place that has been through some hard times

Oppressions, recessions, depressions and dark times

But we keep fighting back with Greater Manchester spirit

Northern grit, northern wit in Greater Manchester’s lyrics

And there’s hard times again in these streets of our city

But we won’t take defeat and we don’t want your pity

Because this a place where we stand strong together

With a smile on our face, Mancunians Forever

And we’ve got this* as the place where a team with a dream (*Forever Manchester)

Can get funding and something to help with their scheme

Because this is the place that understands your grand plans

We don’t do No Can Do, we just stress Yes We Can!

Forever Manchester’s a charity for people round ‘ere

You can fundraise, donate. You can be a volunteer

You can live local, give local. We can honestly say

We do charity differently, that Mancunian Way

And we fund local kids, and we fund local teams

We support local dreamers to work for their dreams

We support local groups and the great work they do

So can you …help us help… local people like you?

Because this is the place in our hearts, in our homes

Because this is the place that’s a part of our bones

‘Cos Greater Manchester gives us such strength from the fact

That this is the place. We should give something back.

Always remember. Never forget. Forever Manchester.

While I do appreciate , it doesn't suite me. I like the architecture and culture, but I am bosmer kinda of girl, the trees and open space if for me with all it's earthly colors. I do have plans for it, but I have many plans as seen below.

    Guild House - Hundings
    RP House - Dawnlight
    Vacation House - Hideaway
    Personal house - large bosmer
    Workshop - large Argonion
    Zoo - medium Argonian
    Haunted House - Halloween cottage
    Zen Garden - Medium Khajitt
Fish cave - small dark elf
Crating Area and flower house - small Argonian (process of moving)
Rest Stop with test dummy for ultimate generation, dye station and boxes to swap out gear - small bosmer
Secret library - small high elf

Storage houses with apartments, inns, and small houses
    Rock house
    Plant house x2
    small item house
    Storage
    Selling
    Raffles and auctions
    giveaways
    Guild Storage
Market Place ( sell to people)- new psjic house

    Future
Coldharbor - duel arena or creative house (think minecraft for guests)
3 manors - Plant house, Storage, Selling ( ..>.> cause I want the title of countless one day)
    * maybe free some small houses for creative projects or buy more to sell setups or explore creativity

So yeah I have a lot of work ahead of me so I am good for now just wish other people could visit more then primary house

I love my Princely Dawnlight: it's the home for the "whole family".
Plus I think it will take a while to furnish the Villa because of how empty it is. I have 250 Culanda and that's probably not enough - esp given I haven't finished the Townhouse yet.

Not for you. But it's the one other players can visit whenever they want, including when you're offline. To visit any of your other houses they have to wait until you're online and in the house and then use the travel to player option.

As far as I know the only practical use for that is if someone has popular crafting stations or mundus stones in their house and their friends/guild mates know to go there to use them. But if you're interested in housing it can also be fun to look around other people's houses and see what they've done with them.
