Are the Shadowghost mounts going to be returning in Reapers Harvest crown creates when they return?

I'm predicting that ZOS is going to pull another fast one like they did with the Storm Atronach and Wild Hunt creates, I'm afraid they are simply going to omit the Shadowghost mounts from being purchased with crown gems in the return of the Reaper's Harvest crown creates if or when they finally do return to the crown store sometime this month.

It's possible that could happen. I mean why sell them all in the crown store this month if you can get them for gems in crates this month. Probably over thinking it though.

It seems that somewhere along the line, you had a misunderstanding.

The Reaper's Harvest Crates have Shadowghost PETS (specifically the Pack Wolf, Senche-Panther, and Guar) while the Crown store items this month are Shadowghost MOUNTS (The Horse, Senche, Wolf, and Guar).

Two very different sets of items that match each other. If anything, the announcement of Shadowghost Mounts is yet another confirmation that Reaper's Harvest Crates are returning this month.

It's also worth noting that when Wild Hunt crates returned a little while ago, you could buy items with gems, unlike their first return.

It would seem that after the outrage of being unable to use gems the first time Storm Atronach and Wild Hunt crates returned, ZOS abandoned that practice.

Since then, we've had Flame Atronach, Wild Hunt and Dwarven Crates return with gems purchasable items. Dwarven Crates even came back TWICE with the gem option.

Yep that's where I got my info from the wiki page I never got any of the reaper's harvest crown creates last season so I didn't know they were only the pets in there, thank you both for clearing that up for me.

Also mounts are always shown wearing a saddle, pets are always shown without one. Sometimes it can be hard to tell - the shadowghost guar mount's saddle is pretty hard to spot in the concept art - but if you look carefully it's there. That's how people knew the datamined Indriks would be mounts before we got any actual information on them.

Thanks for that bit of info too I never really noticed that about the saddles missing in the matching pet's pictures and they usually also always say Cub or Pup in their name too and that's why I was confused, I should have also noticed that they weren't in the legendary rewards category too.

I did the same exact thing. I looked at the uesp page for the crates and thought the pets were mounts. Someone corrected me in a different thread lol
