I'm having a similar issue. The log in circle stalls/freezes then I get Error 301 (3:1:724:0). I've tried everything suggested on all the threads and support helps published, except uninstalling, which I would like to save as a last resort. I don't believe that will fix the error anyway. I've sent support a ticket and a report log. I hope to hear something soon.
